EKG: What is this?

Another in one of Dr. Alo’s awesome EKGs. A 58 year old female with chest pain. What do you think of her EKG? What do you want to do? Is there anything unusual?

A 58 year old female comes in complaining of crushing chest pain that began at 6AM. It’s now 9AM. You are the ER physician, what do you think of this EKG and what do you want to do?

Answer:

The EKG shows elevation in AVR and V1 as well as a depression in AVL. The elevations in AVR and V1 can indicate severe triple vessel disease or severe left main disease.
