February is Women's Heart Month. It's also Zeena month.
In February every year, we wear the red dresses (or red dress lapel pin) to support women's heart health. Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer for women, and we like to raise awareness of this every year by wearing red!
February 2011 also marks another important milestone. My very good friend also launched her brand new clothing line, Simply Zeena. What a great combination! Is there a better way to celebrate and recognize women's heart health month than to purchase something red from a new clothing line? You will look very fashionable and unique. Trust me, none of your friends will be wearing this. Check out these February Heart Red Dress Month compatible items from Simply Zeena!

February is Women's Heart Disease Awareness Month! In honor of women's heart health, I will dedicate a majority of my posts in February to Women's Cardiovascular Health Issues.
I plan on covering several topics: (possibly more)
1. General Cardiovascular Health
2. Tobacco Cessation
3. Why it's harder for women to lose weight, and how to break through
4. What really raises your cholesterol? (it's not the cholesterol you eat)
5. The Alo Diet (hey, if Atkins can have one, so can I)
6. How to look young for a long time
