It’s no wonder the heart has traditionally been the organ associated with love. As modern science and research have now proven time and time again, virtually the same factors that lead to a healthy heart also lead to a healthy sex life!

So what’s the relation you ask? Cardiovascular health leads to open arteries in your heart, in your brain, and in your love organs. The same cholesterol that can plug up your heart’s arteries, can plug up your arteries everywhere. Heart attacks, erectile dysfunction, and not to mention strokes all stem from the same problem: clogged, unhealthy arteries, also known as atherosclerosis. So what can you eat to help keep those arteries clean and improve your heart health and sex life?

Green Tea and Yerba Mate. You’ve all heard of green tea, but the South American drink known as Yerba Mate is green tea on steroids!
